We are proud of our history and reputation, but believe in continuing to upgrade our skills and equipment to provide you the best plumbing services at a reasonable price. We know your time is precious so we schedule our appointments and do not cancel unless absolutely necessary.
Our Story
It all started with Bob in 1972. Bob started his plumbing business in Aurora providing plumbing services to homes. At that time Aurora was a small town and Bob was one of only two plumbers in town. Bob gained a reputation as someone who would do the job right the first time for a reasonable fee. His reputation grew along with the town, and he started providing plumbing services to commercial, industrial and government clients as well.
Bob’s Plumbing Service continued to expand and grow primarily through word of mouth. When Bob was ready to retire, his son Mike took it over.
Mike has expanded the service area to York Region and the GTA. The focus is on new custom homes, on commercial and industrial jobs, as well as the residential repairs and maintenance that started the business.
Mike credits the steady growth to the family motto, “Do it once and do it right”.
Now Mike’s two sons, Zackery and Jacob have joined the family trade making it a 3rd generation business. They work together to ensure Bob’s Plumbing Service is around for the long term and they value their well-deserved reputation.

Meet the Team
Mike
Owner | Master Plumber
Mike oversees the day-to-day business and provides the vision and planning for the company. Mike is a Master Plumber and had his own business before taking over Bob’s Plumbing Service. While he works hard, his family always comes first. That’s why he loves having his 2 sons working with him.
Zackery
Master Plumber and Cross Connection Control Specialist
Zackery has been working at Bob’s Plumbing Service for over ten years.
He is certified in both Backflow Prevention Testing and Water Treatment and Filtration. Zackery has earned the reputation of providing high quality workmanship in a professional and friendly manner. Family time is most important to Zackery and he cherishes every moment with his wife and two children.
Jacob
Plumber
Jacob has worked at Bob’s Plumbing Service for over five years. He also has experience working in carpentry building custom homes. Jacob is known for his courteous customer service and completing work efficiently. Jacob enjoys fishing, kayaking and strength training.
