Apparently painting your walls “butter yellow” and “angry 90’s red” can hurt your resale value!

But don’t take our word for it. The famous Property Brothers told homeowner Roseanne, in Toronto, that painting the walls a neutral, cool gray was the way to go.

In the end, her home sold for $200,000 more than what she had expected before the makeover. So maybe the paint colour did make the difference!
